Nitrogen species (NH3, HCN, HNC, HC3N)
![]() |
Line atlases of cyanoacetylene (HC3N), ammonia (NH3) and ro-vibrational structure of hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen isocyanide (HNC) and ammonia (NH3). The database is organized following the HITRAN-2008 format (intensities at 296K), while the ro-vibrational tables present the extracted energies with the corresponding quantum-numbers. HC3N: 397 lines of the v1 band in the 3258-3378 cm-1 spectral range (Jmax=200). NH3: updated linelist with corrected statistical weights and Einstein A-coefficients (24686 lines in the 0-5294 cm-1 spectral range). HCN and HNC: table of ro-vibrational energies extracted from GEISA and HITRAN linelists. |

Water (H2O and HDO)
![]() |
Water line lists for a N2 atmosphere (e.g., Earth) and for a CO2 atmoshere (e.g., Mars). The database is organized following the HITRAN-2008 format (intensities at 296K). The atlas contains our empirically derived corrections and is based on the 2009 HITRAN water list (01_hit09.par). Line shape parameters for a CO2 atmosphere were calculated following the complex Robert-Bonamy formalism. 69,201 spectral lines. |

Water (H2O and HDO) fluorescence efficiencies. Atlas format: Frequency [cm-1] g-factor [s-1] Lower-state energy [cm-1] Line ID. Rotational temperatures: 50K, 75K and 100K - Equilibrated spin temperature. Spectral range: 1800-4000 cm-1 Intensity cut-off [s-1]: 10-14 for H2O and 10-12 for HDO. Heliocentric distance 1AU, heliocentric velocity 0 km s-1. |

Water energy lists. The compressed file contains two directories (H2O and HDO), where the energy structures retrieved from the different databases are presented ("level.DATABASE.txt"). Lists reporting the detailed errors idenitifed in the databases are also included ("error.DATABASE.txt"). The energy structure contained in the SELP(HITEMP), HITRAN and GEISA databases was used to correct the ab-initio databases (see "levels.ABINITIO_DATABASE.dat" lists in BT2/VTT format). |
